Payment Guidelines

We are currently offering one payment method as below:

Credit/Debit Card:

When you go to the payment page, you will be asked to provide some information relating to your card:

  • Billing information: cardholder's name, address, country, ZIP code...
  • Credit/Debit Card information: Card number, Expiry date, Security number CVV or CVC (usually on the back of the card)

For the compliance with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry - Data Security Standard) for your transaction, you will only provide the information over secured connection TLS/SSL.

Notes:

When your transaction has proceeded successfully, you will see the confirmation page. You will also receive a confirmation email after your payment has been validated and accepted.

In case of transaction failure, you will see the decline page, which may be slightly different depending on the reason of the rejection.

The fee you pay for us is the fee used to process your visa and get visa stamped at the airport. You can also apply for emergency service for express processing. See the visa fee for further details.
